Based on the 1840,<sup>1<\/sup>  1850, 1860, and 1870 census records, the parents and sibling of Thomas H. are:<\/p>\n<p>John Innis, born c.1800-1805, Virginia,<br \/>\nNancy [Unknown] born c.1800-1805, Virginia \u2013 first wife,<br \/>\nNancy [Unknown] born c. 1822, Kentucky \u2013 possible second wife,<br \/>\nJohn R., c.1824, Tennessee,<br \/>\nJames E., c.1826, Tennessee,<br \/>\nWiley M., c.1833, Tennessee,<br \/>\nMary B., c. 1835, Tennessee,<br \/>\nNancy Ann, c. 1841, Tennessee,<br \/>\nThomas H., Jan 1843, Kentucky,<br \/>\nEmily M., c.1845, Tennessee<\/p>\n<p>I am reasonably convinced in reviewing the records that Thomas H. was most probably born in Roane County like his siblings, but he grew up in Kentucky.
